Raquel Kallas is a master viticulturist (Cornell ’16), environmental scientist (Brandeis ’14), aspiring winemaker, nature enthusiast, horse lover, and professional napper. She is currently assisting the Pagay Lab with research on the impacts of climate change on vines and wine quality at the University of Adelaide in Australia. This endeavor is generously funded by the Fredrick Dreer Award, granted by the Department of Horticulture at Cornell University.
